On Buzz on the web (WeBuzz) you can print a chat or export it as a PDF, for example to add it to the patient's record in your EHR.

- Open the chat.
- Hover over the top of the chat to show the Load Previous Messages bar.
- Click the Print Message icon to the left of that bar.
- To print messages from a certain day, load them by date first with the Calendar icon in the same bar.
