A STAT message is flagged as high priority. Everyone in the chat sees a red pulsing dot next to it and is asked to acknowledge.
iPhone
- Open the chat.
- Tap around the edge of the colored message box to open Message Actions.
- Choose Mark message as STAT.
Android
- Open the chat.
- Tap around the edge of the colored message box to open Message Actions.
- Choose Mark message as STAT.
Web
- Open the chat.
- Click the arrow icon (v) next to the message, or right-click it.
- Choose Mark message as STAT.
- Click Read Status on the message to see who has acknowledged or read it.
- A STAT alert shows instead of a mention alert when a message is both.
- Your organization can set its own STAT notification sound.
