A blue pulsing dot next to a chat means someone @mentioned you. A red pulsing dot means a STAT message, flagged as high priority for everyone in the chat. Both ask you to acknowledge.
Start here

- Open the chat with the blue or red pulsing dot.
- Find the message with the bold border.
- Tap [ACK] on the message.
Android
- Open the chat with the blue or red pulsing dot.
- Find the message with the bold border.
- Tap [ACK] on the message.
Web
- Open the chat with the blue or red pulsing dot.
- Find the message with the bold border.
- Click [ACK] on the message.
Acknowledge all your mentions at once
On the web

- From the Buzz home screen dashboard, open the ☰ menu.
- Click the Manage Profile icon.
- Scroll down to Advanced.
- Click Do It next to Acknowledge All Mentions.
Jump to a mention you missed
On the web

- Open the chat.
- At the top of the chat, next to Load Previous, click @ Jump to previous mentions.
- If a message is both STAT and a mention for you, the red indicator shows instead of the blue one.
- You can also find missed mentions and STAT messages in STAT Messages.
- To see who has acknowledged or read a message, click Read Status.
