When this is on, read receipts are always sent in groups linked to your organization, whatever each member's own setting says.

- Click the Global Menu icon.
- Choose Organizations.
- Select your organization.
- Click Advanced.
- Turn Force Read Receipts on or off.
- This overrides each member's SEND READ RECEIPTS setting, but only in groups linked to your organization.
