A BuzzLink master group is a template group. Each time a member starts a new BuzzLink, Buzz copies the master group into it so the whole care team can see the patient conversation.

- Click the Global Menu icon.
- Choose Organizations.
- Select your organization.
- Click Advanced.
- Click Set to choose the master group.
