- Organization Admin: makes decisions about all members and controls the organization's settings. The Admin can make any member a Manager, move a Manager back to Member, and hand off the Admin role.
- Organization Managers help run the organization and can make other Members Managers. They can't remove or change the Admin or other Managers.
- Group roles: whoever creates a group is its Admin. The group Admin can make members Managers or hand off the Admin role. The Admin and Managers can add or remove people and share past messages.
- When you create an organization, use a shared role email address (such as an admin alias) rather than one person's address.
