Very good 5MCC software. As always, Skyscape has produced a superior version of a medical application than those made by Handheldmed or Lexar. The layout is easy to read, easy to use, and maximizes available space on the pocket pc screen. The use of color is another major advantage skyscape products hold over HHM and Lexar application. The content, however, is the same as the 5MCC made by the other two companies. 5mcc by Skyscape is very useful when hitting the wards.

I have the 5MCC and find it to be very resourceful in my nurse practitioner practice. It is logically formatted and easy to use, covering many health and diagnostic topics. I would strongly recommend to all students in the medical field and current practitioners.

Skyscape provides number of general medical reference titles designed specifically for handhelds.
Its popular Griffith's 5-Minute Clinical Consult is an electronic version of the famous textbook in which medical topics are neatly divided into hyperlinked subcategories such as diagnosis, treatment and follow-up that can easily be navigated with a series of tabs and drop-down menus. A unique feature of Skyscape's interface is that all of its medical reference applications are linked; as a result, users can quickly navigate between programs to find answers to clinical questions.

Skyscape offers a variety of pharmacopoeias including DrDrugs (Drug Guide for Physicians), A2zDrugs (A to Z Drug Facts) and MosbyDrugs. These drug references offer a wider breadth of information than ePocrates, with sections on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. In addition, they can be seamlessly linked with other Skyscape applications, including Griffith's 5-Minute Clinical Consult. DrDrugs by Skyscape provides information on Canadian brand names and availability, a feature which is missing in ePocrates Rx.
