Best single resource By Rosanna Brown

I downloaded All in One Constellation onto my Blackberry Storm and have found it extremely useful in a family practice type setting with both acute and chronic conditions. I have used it EVERY day in clinic. The links between the clinical practice guidelines, the labs, and the drugs is what saves me time between patients. I can quickly review an unfamiliar condition or consider a differential. The Archimedes extra calculators are really nice to have. No more fumbling around books! Rosanna V. Brown, PA-C

This has been an invaluable boon as copies of the BNF are meant to be available in clinics and on the wards, except of course till you really need one. The search facility means it is generally faster to use the one on my phone (no need to carry any bonus gadgets). In addition, it is updated every six months, despite Skyscape saying that there is no regular schedule. The downside is thaat the digital version lags the paper one by around two months, but nonetheless, I am a fan; I must be as I leave my subscription on auto-update!

These resources are amazingly valuable and have helped me immensely in my 2 years at nursing school-and I am sure it will continue to help once I graduate! I use them almost every day at clinical. It provides me with all of the information I need without having to drag the heavy drug and lab books to clinical and class. These programs will keep me up to date and very prepared!TWO THUMBS UP!
