Add someone to your contacts (your Buzz Circle)

Build your trusted contact list so the right colleagues are one tap away.

Your Buzz Circle is your personal address book of trusted contacts. Add people by searching, by sharing your Buzz ID, or by showing your QR code.

Start here

iPhone

  1. Tap Contacts.
  2. Tap the Find User or Add User icon.
  3. Tap the Filter icon to search.
  4. Tap the person and tap Add.

Android

  1. Tap Contacts.
  2. Tap the Find User or Add User icon.
  3. Tap the Filter icon to search.
  4. Tap the person and tap Add.

Web

  1. On the Home screen Dashboard, click ☰.
  2. Click Contacts.
  3. Click the Add User icon.
  4. Search for the person.
  5. Click the person to add them to your Circle.

Add someone from inside a chat

On the web

  1. Click the Users in Circle icon.
  2. Select the All Users in Your Circle tab.
  3. Click Add New.
  4. Search for the person.
  5. Click Add to Circle, or click the person.

Share your Buzz ID

iPhone

  1. On the Home screen, tap your name, or tap the ☰ Burger Menu and tap My Buzz ID.

Android

  1. On the Home screen, tap your name, or tap the ☰ Burger Menu and tap My Buzz ID.

Show your QR code

iPhone

  1. Tap the ☰ Burger Menu.
  2. Tap Manage Profile.
  3. Tap My Identity (QR Code).

Android

  1. Tap the ☰ Burger Menu.
  2. Tap Manage Profile.
  3. Tap My Identity (QR Code).
  • Contacts shows everyone in your Buzz Circle, your organization, your groups and the contacts on your device.
  • When another Buzz user scans your QR code, you are added to their Buzz Circle.
