A group is a shared chat for a team, unit or patient's care team. Whoever creates a group becomes its Admin and can add or remove people at any time.
iPhone
- Tap Chat.
- Tap the New Chat icon.
- Tap Create a New Group.
Android
- Tap Chat.
- Tap the New Chat icon.
- Tap Create a New Group.
Web
- Click Chat(s).
- Hover over the Global Actions icon (the directional sign in the upper left) to show the Tool Bar.
- Click Create New Group.
- As the group Admin, you can hand Admin rights to another member or make anyone a Manager.
- Managers can add or remove members and share earlier messages with new members.
- To start from an existing group's members and settings, choose Clone Group instead.
