You can turn any chat into a call or a BuzzVideo call at any time.
Start here
iPhone
- Open a chat.
- Tap the Phone icon to start a Buzz-to-Buzz call or a BuzzVideo call.
Android
- Open a chat.
- Tap the Phone icon to start a Buzz-to-Buzz call or a BuzzVideo call.
Web
- Open a chat.
- Click the Video chat icon.
- Click the Checkmark icon to call everyone, or select the members you want on the call.
Stop Buzz ringing in the background
On the web

- From the ☰ menu on the Buzz Home screen, click the Manage Profile icon.
- Scroll down to Sessions.
- Click Clear next to Active Video Calls.
- If Buzz keeps ringing in the background, you may have been invited to a video call. Clear active video calls to stop it.
