The AI writing tools in BuzzLightning help improve a message's wording and clarity, and translate messages into other languages. Turn them on in your profile preferences, and switch them off at any time.

- From the Buzz Home screen, open the ☰ menu.
- Click the Manage Profile icon.
- Scroll down to Preferences.
- Switch on the AI writing tools toggle.
- If you do not see the option, your organization admin needs to turn on AI writing tools for your organization first.
