Skyscape free apps are excellent. It includes a medical calculator which is extensive and has more number of formulas than Medications. They also have 100's of other trusted medical apps for purchase and the nursing titles which I mostly use (Tabers, Davis Drug Guide, etc.) are also available on iPhone. The breadth and depth of content is hands down better than Epocrates and the user interface with smartlink technology across references is extremely useful.
