Your Voice

By Mike Burke
Your Chat Support representative was excellent. He was very patient and able to figure out what my problem was. This was particularly challenging because I use a voice recognition dictation program. It is a great program because you never make any spelling errors. Unfortunately, sometimes what you say is converted into complete gibberish. However, he was able to translate the gibberish.
