| Q: |
I am on my Skyscape account on my droid. What is the resource that Skyscape has for medical surgical nursing? |
|
A: -- One resource I can quickly think of is Clinical Companion for Medical Surgical Nursing: Patient-Centered Collaborative Care by Ignatavicius, a very handy resource for Medical Surgical .For clinical comparison we have Ackley’s Evidence Based Nursing Care Guidelines and also the Nursing Diagnosis Handbook. Also for easy access to drug and lab information, we have the Labs 360 as well as Mosby’s pocket dictionary of Medicine, Nursing and health professions. Other key resources readily available are Taber’s Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary. For those on the west coast looking for a translation reference, Skyscape also offers, Rapid Rescue Spanish as well as dictionary. In addition to all the above, we also have great graduate level resources like 5MCC which is another excellent tool for the Medical Surgical.
