Q:  Does Skyscape offer automatic renewals?

A:  Yes. Automatic renewal is a feature we offer with Rent versions to provide continued access to your resources.  Customers are emailed 14 days prior to the expiration of Skyscape subscriptions informing them about the expiration date and the renewal options.  If the auto-renew feature is enabled in the customer's account, the resources are renewed automatically 7 days prior to expiration date and registered to the device so there is no interruption for the user in accessing their resources.

 

When you purchase the "Rent" version of Skyscape programs, the auto-renew feature is enabled in your account by default, for that resource. If you do not want autorenewal you can change your preferences at www.skyscape.com | My account | My Resources.  Find the resource and click on change term, select No for autorenewal.**

**Please note that after the subscription expires the content will be locked unless renewed.
