Q: What is your return policy on hardware packages purchased at Skyscape.com?
A:

A hardware (PDA) / software bundle can be returned within 14 days  from the date your device was shipped,  if the PDA is faulty. Please contact our Support Department for assistance in determining faulty hardware. Beyond 14 days the manufacturer warranty will take effect and you will need to contact the PDA manufacturer.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

To request a Return Authorization number for the hardware (PDA) email Fulfillment@PhysiciansInteractive.com

with the information below. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the product.   Do not return the PDA without receiving the Return Authorization number.

  1. Your First and Last name
  2. Your Order number
  3. The email address used when ordering
  4. Reason for your return request
If you decide to return the software as well, you will need to complete a form.  If you only wish to return the hardware and keep the software, you will be charged the list price of the software.
