If I purchase a hardware / software bundle can I return it?

What is your return policy on hardware packages purchased at Skyscape.com?

A hardware (PDA) / software bundle can be returned within 14 days from the date your device was shipped, if the PDA box has been unopened or the device is faulty. If the device is not defective, there is a restocking charge equal to 20% of the original price of the hardware (PDA)/Software Bundle. Please contact our Support Department for assistance in determining faulty hardware. Beyond 14 days the manufacturer warranty will take effect and you will need to contact the PDA manufacturer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To request a Return Authorization number for the hardware (PDA) email sales@skyscape.com regarding your return, include the information below. You will receive an email with instructions on how to return the product. Do not return the PDA without receiving the Return Authorization number and special shipping label required to return the device.

The email address used when ordering
Reason for your return request
The device product number which appears on the box and device itself. It begins with a PN.

If you decide to return the software as well, you will need to complete a form. If you only wish to return the hardware and keep the software, you will be charged the list price of the software.
