Two fields. Agency size, role, phone and current platform are all deliberately absent — each is drop-off, and each can be asked in product or by a human later. The work-email rule is a soft warning here, not a block: type a gmail address to see it. Blocking outright would stop genuine owner-operators at small agencies.

Check your inbox

We sent a sign-in link to [email protected]. It works once and expires in 24 hours.

  • Not there? Check spam — and mark it "not spam" so the next one arrives.
  • Wrong address? Start again.
  • Still nothing after five minutes? We'll help.
The screen nobody designs. This is where a signup flow dies silently — the person does not arrive and does not tell you. Hence the spam line, the wrong-address escape, and a human route after five minutes. Instrument this step: if started-to-verified runs below roughly 60%, the problem is deliverability, not the product.

You're one click from your workspace

Hi Dana,

Riverside Home Health is set up and waiting. This link signs you in — there's no password to create.

The link works once and expires in 24 hours. If it's expired, just start again and we'll send a fresh one.

Didn't sign up? Ignore this — nothing was created and the link will expire on its own.

Design the email, not just the screens. Plain text, one button, no images above the fold and no marketing — all of which help it reach the inbox rather than the promotions tab. The "didn't sign up?" line matters: it is what someone sees if their address was entered by mistake, and it must truthfully say nothing was created. Test against Gmail, Outlook and a hospital Exchange before launch, with SPF and DKIM correct on the sending domain.

Riverside Home Health is live

You're signed in. Buzz works on its own — but it works properly when someone else is in here with you.

Invite two people

A nurse in the field and whoever they call when they're stuck. That's enough to see what changes.

30 days free. We'll remind you before it ends. No card until you decide to keep it.
The first guided action is in product, not in the wizard. Asking for a user list during signup stalls the flow; asking for two colleagues once the workspace exists is a small, obvious next step. "A nurse in the field and whoever they call when they're stuck" describes the product's actual value in one line and tells them exactly who to pick.
