BuzzFlow puts forms, signatures and consents inside the care conversation

The problem it solves

Consents, insurance forms, visit reports and onboarding paperwork follow every patient and every new hire. Too often they are printed, signed, scanned, emailed and re-keyed, or started on a tablet and lost when the clinician is called away. Each hand-off adds a day and a chance for the wrong version to be filed.

What is now available

• A built-in document editor. Create, edit and annotate documents without leaving Buzz.
• Full form editing and filling. Build agency forms and fill them on any device, including insurance forms, reports and intake packets.
• Signatures and electronic consents collected in the same flow, from staff and from patients or families.
• Progress that saves as you go. An interrupted form keeps its place, so the clinician picks up where she left off.
• Stored where the team works. Completed documents live in FlashDrive and the patient's group, with group-level access control.
