You can start your searching or browsing on our Products page, where every month we feature new or best-selling recommended programs for you to try. Check out the categories on the left-hand toolbar, where you can browse by profession, medical specialties, or subjects.

If you're feeling unsure about how to start, no worries! Visit our helpful Product Advisor to learn about which products are best for you. It will ask you a few questions and then generate a list of programs you might be interested in.

To discover more information about a product, click "Learn More." Here, you will find out about content, reviews, pricing, platforms and system requirements.

If you want to quickly learn more about a program's contents without downloading anything, be sure to check out the "Insight" button. If you decide that you'd like to try it out, click the "Free Trial" button below the "Add to Cart" button. Alternatively, if you already know that you want to purchase the product, you can click the Add to Cart button.

Now, the site will prompt you to log in.
New members: If you've never had an account with us before, click "Create Account" and you'll be asked to enter some information about yourself. Be sure to give a valid email address so that you can stay informed about our new mobile products, services, promotions and medical news specially directed at your profession.
Returning members: Simply fill in your email address and password.

NOTE: You must make sure that you have successfully installed the hardware cd that came with your device and synchronized your device without error before continuing. It is best to test your synchronization at least once before attempting to install a Skyscape product.

You now must select:
Operating System: Windows
Platform: Mobile handheld
Type of handheld: Pocket PC
Then click "find download."

Click "Download."

Then, it will prompt you asking if you're really sure you want to download the file. The file name should appear as:
PRODUCTNAME_ce.exe
If the file name is correct, click "Save."

Chose a location to put it on your computer. We recommend that you save it directly to your desktop so it will be easy to locate. Click "Save."

Then, the download will begin.
Be sure to unclick the box that says "Close this dialogue box when download completes."

Once the download finishes, if you are ready to commence the installation, click "open" and run the installation. If not, you can click "close" and access it later by clicking on the link to the installation software on your desktop.

At this point, if your computer prompts you with an "Open File - Security Warning," select "Run."

At this time, the installation process will start and bring you to a series of prompts. Please ensure that the software you downloaded is the proper software for the Palm OS (see circle).

Read the agreement and click "I agree;" then click "next."

In this screen, you will be asked whether you want to perform an "express" or "custom" installation. We recommend that you select the "express" option for ease and speed.

If your name appears on the list under the "Existing Customer" field, then select it and click "next." If not, list your name under "New Customer" as you did when you created your Skyscape profile.

This next screen will appear if you are creating a new profile. Enter your Skyscape e-mail and password and hit "next."
On this next screen you have the option to install the software fully (if you have already purchased a Serial Number), or use a free trial version to explore its capabilities. Select whichever option applies to you.
If you are installing the FULL VERSION for which you have already purchased a Serial Number, click "I purchased this product". Please copy and paste (do not enter manually) the product's Serial Number into the box provided and click "next." In order for full registration to occur, you need to ensure that you are connected to the internet.
If you are trying the product for free,
click "I want to try the product."

If your PocketPC is already hooked up to your computer, Setup will detect this and ask if you want to install onto the device now. If so, check "Install on device now" and click "Finish."

If you are using your PocketPC for the very first time, please first make sure that you have installed Microsoft ActiveSync onto your device and your desktop PC. If you have not already installed it, you can download it here.
If your device is not already hooked up to your desktop through your synching cable, please do so now.
On your device, click "ActiveSync" from the upper left hand Start menu. Once ActiveSync is running, it should look like this:

From there, your desktop will lead you through a series of prompts.
A Skyscape window will appear on the desktop screen indicating that the product is ready for installation. Click
"Yes."

If you want to install to the main memory of your device, please click "Yes." However, if you would like to install it to a card, click "No" and select your card from the list that comes up. If
your device is running Windows Mobile, your device will give you the choice to install either to the main memory or the card later on in the installation process.

Then, wait while the program installs itself on your device.

At the end of the installation, you will see the
following prompt:

Once it has been fully installed, to access the program, click on the Start menu on your
PocketPC and then on "Programs."

When you see the product you installed, select it to open it.

If you have purchased the product: If you were connected to the internet at the time of the installation, you most likely will not see this screen. However, if you do encounter this, you will need to register your device to get the Unlock Code. In order to do this, go to www.skyscape.com/register. It will prompt you to login. Use the product's Serial Number as shown on your Order Receipt After you open the program on the PDA for the first time, it will prompt you for the Unlock Code. Simply enter it on the line and the product is ready to use!
If you are using a free trial version of a product: In our trial versions, most of the content is locked, but you can still view the full index to see what the program covers. Click "Try It." The full content becomes available if you purchase the program and are issued a Serial Number.
Congratulations! You've finished the installation process.
