You can start your searching or browsing on our Products page, where every month we feature new or best-selling recommended programs for you to try. Check out the categories on the left-hand toolbar, where you can browse by profession, medical specialties, or subjects.
If you're feeling unsure about how to start, no worries! Visit our helpful Product Advisor to learn about which products are best for you. It will ask you a few questions and then generate a list of programs you might be interested in.

To discover more information about a product, click "Learn More." Here, you will find out about content, reviews, pricing, platforms and system requirements.
By using the "Insight" button, you can quickly view the contents of many products without even having to download anything. If you decide that you'd like to try out a product, click the "Free Trial" button below the "Add to Cart" button. Alternatively, if you already know that you want to purchase the product, you can click the "Add to Cart" button.
Now, the site will prompt you to log in.
New members: If you've never had an account with us before, click "Create Account" and you'll be asked to enter some information about yourself. Be sure to give a valid email address so that you can stay informed about our new mobile products, services, promotions and medical news specially directed at your profession.
Returning members: Simply fill in your email address and password.
You now must select:
Operating System: Mac
Platform: Mobile handheld
Type of handheld: Palm OS
Then click "find download."
Click "Download."
After it downloads, the file will unzip automatically in the "downloads" window` on your desktop. You are now ready tosetup on your desktop.

After you've downloaded and unzipped the file, the program folder will appear on your desktop.
Double click the program to view the content of the folder, and then open up the subfolder "Palm Install Files."
This is what it should look like:
Then, you should open up Palm Desktop from
Macintosh HD | Palm | Palm Desktop.
Under the "HotSync" menu on Palm Desktop, choose "Install Handheld Files."
It will open this screen:
Now, you will need to manually move all the files with extension .pdb and .prc
from your "Palm Install Files" folder to your "Install Handheld Files" on the Palm Desktop.
If you wish to install all these folders on a memory card instead of in the main memory, please click the "Change destination" button on right-hand side of the "Install Handheld Files" tool. IMPORTANT: Be sure to move the .pdb files to the card, but still put the .prc files on the main memory.
After moving all the files, you should see them listed in the Install Handheld Files folder like so:
If you are using your Palm for the very first time, please make sure that you have already installed the HotSync software that came with your device.
Please connect your device to the desktop either via its HotSync cable, or put the device onto its cradle. Open up HotSync on your device and press the HotSync logo on the screen to begin synchronizing.
Your handheld should say
"synchronizing." On your desktop, you should see a prompt that looks like this:
After you've successfully HotSynched, you will see a screen on your PDA that looks like this:
To access the program you just installed, click on the "Home" icon in the bottom left of your screen. Then, click on the menu in the top right area of your screen and select "Skyscape."
When you see the product you installed, select it to open it.
If you have purchased the product: You need to register your product. In order to do this, go to www.skyscape.com/register. It will prompt you to login. Use the product's Serial Number as shown on your Order Receipt After you open the program on the PDA for the first time, it will prompt you for the Unlock Code. Simply enter it on the line and the product is ready to use!
If you are using a free trial version of a product: In our trial versions, most of the content is locked, but you can still view the full index to see what the program covers. Click "Try It." The full content becomes available if you purchase the program and are issued a Serial Number.
Congratulations! You've finished the installation process.
