Step 2: Setup on Your PC

After you read and agree to the license agreement, you will be asked to select an installation folder. This is where the setup files on your computer will be placed. We recommend that you use the directory that has already been selected for you. When finished, click "next".

Next, you will be asked to select a shortcut folder. This box indicates that a shortcut to your program will be placed in your start menu. Click "next."

Your computer will now tell you that it is ready to perform setup operations on your computer. Please wait while the setup process completes.

Now, you will encounter the "Install Type" screen. You can either choose to "Install" a full version (ONLY if you have already purchased a serial number from Skyscape), "Update" an existing version of the software, or use a free "Trial" version.

On this next screen, if your name appears on the list under the "Existing Customer" field, then select it and click "next." If not, list your name under "New Customer" as you did when you created your Skyscape profile.

Your email and password may already be present if you have already registered with Skyscape. If not enter your Skyscape e-mail and password and hit "next."

NOTE: the following screen ONLY appears if you have purchased a full version of the software you are downloading.

Please copy and paste (do not enter manually) the product's Serial Number into the box provided and click "next." In order for full registration to occur, you need to ensure that you are connected to the internet.
