How do I resolve error: "Archive Integrity check failed" when installing a product?

ERROR: "Archive Integrity check failed"
ERROR: "Archive integrity check failed. Expected file 9124001 bytes and actual setup is 8759850 (this is the example for A2zdrugs)

CAUSE: The download of the installation file, did not complete.

RESOLUTION:

Check your internet connection go to http://www.cnn.com verify the time and date are todays.
Locate .exe on your desktop and delete it.
Open Internet Explorer.
Go to Tools | Internet Options.
Delete temporary internet files.
Click OK .
Close all Internet Explorer windows.
Reopen Internet Explorer.
Download the Skyscape Product again.
Save the file to your desktop. Please add your initials to the beginning of the filename (ex: jsARTbeat_palmwin.exe).
Once the save is complete, locate the EXE jsARTbeat_palmwin.exe).
Double click on the .exe (ex:jsARTbeat_palmwin.exe) file and follow the installation steps on your destkop pc.
