Q: What is a Skyscape Device ID?
A: The Device ID is a unique number letter combination.  It is found on the unlock screen when you install the Skyscape product on your device.

  • It is not the handheld serial number.
  • It is 8 characters long for a palm device and 6 characters long for a WinCE device.
