Q: How do I access "My Account" on your website?
A:

  1. Please go to http://www.skyscape.com
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the window.
  3. Login using the email and password information you set when you created your Skyscape profile.  
  4. If you have forgotten or are not sure of the password please have it emailed to you by clicking on the "forgot your password" on the My Account page.
  5. Click on 'Login' button
