Q: How do I access "My Account" on your website?

A: Follow the steps below:
  1. Go to http://www.skyscape.com
  2. Click on My Account at the top of the window.
  3. Sign in using the email and password information you set when you created your Skyscape profile.  
  4. If you have forgotten or are not sure of the password please have it emailed to you by clicking on the "forgot your password" on the My Account page.
  5. Click on 'SIGN IN' button
