Q:  My Skyscape Resources are asking for an Unlock Code

A:  We would like to inform you that, if the Skyscape product(s) on your iPhone/iPod device asks to enter the unlock code of the product then please follow the steps mentioned below to have full access to your Skyscape product(s) on the device:

1. Open Skyscape application on your device.
2. Tap on the Settings tab.
3. Then select Add Resources.
4. You will get the list of the product(s) registered under your account. Select the product(s) listed under Available Resources.
5. Then tap on Download and install Resource(s).
6. Once the product(s) are downloaded, you will be all set to access the product(s) on your device under Home tab.
