Q: How can we allow users to downloaded Skyscape resources through our Blackberry Enterprise server?

A: Security restrictions in the Blackberry Enterprise server can interfere with users attempting to download their Skyscape resources. These restrictions can prevent the zip file from being pushed via their Enterprise Network Servers.

If a company goes through firewalls, the firewalls need to allow HTTP traffic to www.skyscape.com (72.3.148.193) (mostly XML, text, and ZIP), as well as HTTP ZIP downloads from the server addresses 84.40.31.173 and 84.40.31.218. Open port 80 for 72.3.148.192, 84.40.31.173, and 84.40.31.218 for HTTP GET and POST requests. Allow TEXT, HTML, XML, ZIP, JAD, and COD content. This will need to be done by the company's IT Department.
