Q:  Download Failed: File Not Found When Installing My Resources

A:  This error could be because the Blackberry Operating System cannot write to the card.   When you select Install Resources, or doing an Update you see the list of Skyscape Resources to be downloaded, you select Download and then you receive the error:

                Download Failed:  File Not Found

R:  Connect the Blackberry to the Desktop Computer and mount the card as mass storage.  Go to My Computer and locate the removable drive.  Right click and go to Properties --> Tools and select Error Checking.   Check Both Options.  Once this completes, try the installation again.  If you get the same error the card will need to be formatted.  Be sure to save anything on the card before formatting it that you do not want to loose (i.e. pictures).  Try the installation again.

NOTE:  Before doing this, please check with Support to ensure your program does have a Blackberry compatible download available.
