How to fix the problem of Palm device resetting when opening a constellation?

ISSUE: When opening a Constellation Program on a Palm Device the device will reset/crash.

RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue you need to replace the Artwork.dll file on the desktop computer. To do this:

Use the link below to download the latest version of Artwork.dll

http://84.40.31.173/download/patches/conduit/Artwork.dll

This file needs to be copied to both of the following folders:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Skyscape

C:\Program Files\PalmOne (or Palm depending on the version of Palm Desktop you have)

Once this file has been copied to the two folders above you need to reinstall your program from My Skyscape on your Desktop Computer. Double click on the "My Skyscape" icon on your Desktop to open it. Left click on the Palm tab. Select the Constellation program and "Install" from the resulting pop-up box.
