Q: How to resolve Open Tunnel Failure error when installing your Skyscape Program
A: RESOLUTION: You will get an "Open Tunnel Failure" if your Blackberry does not have its APN settings configured for TCP access. Go to Options - Advanced Options - TCP.  Please check the following link for your carrier's APN settings:
