Q: How to resolve the problem when opening Skyscape Reader causes Blackberry to freeze or receive permission error?
A: RESOLUTION:
Change the permissions on your Blackberry:
  1. Go to Settings | Options | Advanced Options | Applications | Skyscape | Properties | Edit Permissions
  2. Change permissions to ALLOW ALL for Connections, Interactions and User Data - please note on some models you may have Persist Connection, File Connection, ArtData connection.
