During installation I get an error that the setup cannot create the uninstall entry.

CAUSE: If you do not have administrator privileges on your account, our software cannot access the registry in order to create the uninstall entry.

RESOLUTION: The easiest way to get around this is to be granted administrator privileges. If you cannot do this or if your network administrator will not allow it you can still run the program from the location where it is installed. For example, the default location for Archimedes would be C:\Program Files\Skyscape\Desktop\Archimedes. Once you run the application it will be listed under My Skyscape for easy access in the future.
