Palm Issues

ISSUE: The Palm "Find" feature does not include Skyscape Programs. When the tool is used, the product name is listed but it has the word [skipped] after the name.

CAUSE: The "Find" feature is used to find text, not programs. Due to the large amount of text within our programs, we disabled this feature otherwise it would lock the device during the search. The text [skipped] is output by the software for this reason.

RESOLUTION: Instead of using the "Find" feature to locate our software, change the category on your device to Skyscape in order to have all of our programs gathered in one place.
