How do I remove Skyscape products from my BlackBerry?

A:

Follow the steps below:

Open the Skyscape reader on the device.
Highlight the program that you would like to remove.
Click the menu button and select “delete”.

B. Removing the Reader from the device if you installed from the Blackberry Desktop Manager:

Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager
Launch the Application Loader
Uncheck the Skyscape Reader
This will remove the reader from your device, as a result the device will reset

C. Removing the Reader from the device if you installed OTA:

Open the Application Manager by going to Options -- Advanced Options -- Applications
Select the Skyscape Reader (Skyscape)
Tap on the Blackberry button and choose delete. On most models this will also delete the components of the Blackberry reader (.i.e. FileConnection, PersistConnection, and ArtData).
