Q: I can see the Skyscape database files in iSilo, but when I tap on them I see gibberish.
A: ISSUE: iSilo cannot be used as a reader to view the Skyscape programs, you will need to use the reader that is installed with the Skyscape software in order to access the database information. 

RESOLUTION: To clear the Skyscape database files from the list, please complete the following steps.

  1. Within the iSilo program, tap on the iSilo tab in the upper left hand corner of the screen to bring up a menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Select Document Types.
  4. Clear the checkmark next to .pdb. This will remove all of the Skyscape database files from the list.
