Unlock Code

Q: My Pocket PC is not accepting the unlock code I enter for the iFacts product, how do I resolve this?
A: ISSUE: Unlock code does not work for product (iFacts) on Pocket PC.
RESOLUTION:

  1. Perform a soft reset on your handheld
  2. Open Ifacts in trial mode
  3. Verify you are in the Main index and not in Drug Selection view (Tap the icon in the upper right corner or Yellow paper index icon to change views)
  4. Once in Main Index | Tap Ifacts in the upper left corner
  5. Tap on Register
  6. Verify your device id is: (enter customer's device id)
  7. Enter your unlock code: (enter customers unlock code) You may omit the dashes when entering the unlock code.
  8. Tap Unlock
