Purchase

Q: I placed an order on Skyscape.com but never received purchase confirmation or registration information.
A: As soon as the purchase is completed the order confirmation / receipt email is sent. If you do not receive an email, it may be due to the spam controls in your email.  Check your spam, bulk or junk folders.   If this is the case you should check your email client help to adjust the settings.

To access your order confirmation / receipt online, follow these steps:

  1. Go to www.skyscape.com
  2. Click on My Account.
  3. If prompted to login use the email and password you set when you created your Skyscape profile. 
  4. Click on Order History.
  5. Locate your recent order by date.
  6. Click on View Receipt.
  7. Check your receipt page for the product purchase information
To install on your device:

  1. Open Skyscape Medical Library on your device
  2. Go to Settings --> Add Resources
  3. If you do not see your resources in the list to download, tap on the REFRESH arrow to contact our server for an updated list.
