How Do I Delete My Program(s) From My Palm Device?

The Skyscape license is for a single copy of the product purchased, installed on a single handheld device. If you wish to switch your licensed installation to another handheld device, before installing on your new device, you must delete the Skyscape product from the old device. Expired products cannot be transferred to a new device unless you are a Sky Platinum member.

Deletion steps for Palm OS devices:

Tap on Home button in the lower-left corner and Tap on Applications (so you see the program icons).
Tap on the Time in the upper-left position of your Home screen.
Tap on "Delete" option of the Menu drop-down list.
Select the files related to the Skyscape product and Delete them one by one.
Tap on option "Delete from" to Select the Memory Card if you have installed your programs on the Memory Card.
Tap on "Done" button after you delete all the files related to Skyscape Product. You will need to remove both the reader and the data.
