Note: If you have not installed the Skyscape reader application on
your device please follow the steps mentioned below:
Open the Browser on your device and enter the URL: www.skyscape.com/reader This will automatically download the Skyscape icon on your device.
Once the Skyscape reader is installed on your device please follow
the steps mentioned below transfer and install the Skyscape products on your
new device. 1) Login to “My account” on Skyscape website. 2) Click on “My Resources” under Subscription Information. 3) Locate the product which you wish to transfer. 4) Click on the Arrow (->) next to the device ID from which you wish to transfer the product 5) Select the device ID on which you wish to transfer the products and click on Continue
Once you have transferred all the products on your new device,
please follow the steps mentioned below to install the products on your device.
iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad and Android:
1) Open Skyscape application on your device.
2) Tap on the Settings tab
3) Then select Add Resources.
4) You will get the list of the products registered under your account. Then
select the products listed under Available Resources.
5) Then tap on Download and install
Resource(s)
6) Once the products are downloaded, you will be all set to access the products
on your device.
BlackBerry:
1) Open Skyscape icon on your device.
2) Tap on the
Updates tab.
3) Tap on Check
for Updates.
4) Once the products are downloaded, you will be all set to access
the products on your device from Home tab under Skyscape icon.
