1. Verify cookies are enabled in your Internet explorer.
• Open Internet Explorer browser on your desktop.
• Check the version of IE by clicking on 'Help : About Internet Explorer'.
• Please verify that you have cookies enabled in your browser.
• For Internet Explorer 4.0: View | Internet Options | Security | Custom Level | Enable Cookies
• For Internet Explorer 5.0: Tools| Internet Options | Security | Custom Level | Enable Cookies
• For Internet Explorer 6.0: Tools| Internet Options | Privacy Tab | Edit button | add www.skyscape.com | Click Allow.
• (Windows XP with SP2)
• For Internet Explorer 6.0:
• Tools| Internet Options | Privacy Tab | Settings button | add www.skyscape.com.
2. Enable javascript using instructions here: http://www.skyscape.com/help/IE55Javascript.htm.
3. Open Internet Explorer
4. Go to Tools | Internet Options
5. Choose Delete Cookies in the General Tab
6. Choose Delete Temporary internet files
7. If you have a firewall please configure it to grant the following files permission to pass through your firewall

Pocket PC users

• c:\program files\common files\skyscape\Smart Update.exe
• c:\program files\common files\Skyscape\artwork.exe
• c:\program files\common files\Skyscape\sscadmin.exe

Palm users

• c:\program files\common files\skyscape\Smart Update.exe
