Why is the Trial Version asking for Serial Number?

ISSUE: Trial version is asking for a serial number, where do I get this serial number

Thank you for your interest in Skyscape products. The trial versions of our software do not require a serial number to install. When installing on the "Install Type" screen choose the Trial option. After installing the product on your handheld device, click on 'Try it' button to run the Demo version of the product. Should you decide to purchase the product, you will receive a Serial Number, this is your license to use the software. You will need to register this serial number (http://www.skyscape.com/register) and device id (as it is listed on the unlock screen) to receive your unlock code to have full functionality of the product. If time has lapsed since your trial installation we recommend you check http://www.skyscape.com/updates/home.asp for the latest version of your product and install it again.
