Q: Do I have to remove the old version from my handheld when I update?
A: : Current Skyscape software is developed to look for older versions of the software and remove them before installing the new version. However if you have a very old version (older than 2001) then you would need to remove the program manually. If you are deleting the software manually, please do not delete the personal notes. (For example, the notes database for the product {Product Name} is called notes{product short name}.pdb and the personal DB is called {product short name}PersonalDB.pdb.) Mac users need to remove the old version for both updates and upgrades.
