I have had a lot of experience using your software at "point of care". I have tried several companies software but not with the variety and efficiencies of Skyscape. This week alone I had a challenging patient who experienced an abrupt change in mental status while hospitalized. With the use of the linked products, I was able to do a quick literature search, develop a differential, cost effectively run tests, and check drug interactions improving the patient's course. I was quite pleased with the easy of use and the cross referencing the software provides. This is only one of many areas the software has been helpful. Your customer service is also exceptional. When I had a problem recently with my computer crashing and needing to reload all of my software- your customer service helped me get everything straightened out. I'm a believer and will continue to use skyscape products for my everyday care of patients. Thank you.
