Company Moves Headquarters to Expand Operations

Hudson, MA, July 13, 2000 - Skyscape.com (formerly K2 Consultants), an eHealth Company that provides hand-held wireless solutions for the medical community, today announced that the Company has adopted a new name, Skyscape.com. The new name more aptly reflects Skyscape’s strategic positioning and goal to provide software solutions to medical professionals anytime, ANYWARE™. Skyscape, www.skyscape.com, also announced that due to a strong market response to its products, the Company has relocated its corporate offices to a larger 3,500 square foot facility located in Hudson, Massachusetts.

Founded in 1993 as K2 Consultants by Sandeep Shah, the Company embarked on a landmark study with Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital to determine the benefits of hand-held devices in clinical settings. The findings of the study strongly suggest that hand-held devices could significantly enhance the practice of medicine and ultimately improve the quality of patient care.
