When a doctor is consulting with a patient or an EMT is trying to figure out how someone will react to a certain drug, there usually isn't enough time to sit down with the Physician's Desk Reference or a drug information book to find the answer.

Software company Skyscape is bringing that information from the book to the medical professional. Skyscape is making more than an e-book for a physician or EMT's PDA -- they are incorporating technology that will mimic a doctor's thought pattern when looking for related medical information.

GPF had the chance to sit down with Kelly Bravo, the Director of Marketing at Skyscape, and discovered the company's Harvard origins and more about their medical reference products.
